Quick response to client service requests is our primary goal. We pride ourselves on knowing the buildings we service - the plumbing and heating systems, the quirks and recurring problems, and the potential trouble spots. We also know what changes are being made to city ordinances and whether they will affect a particular building. We can do everything from offering a complete preventative maintenance program to fixing leaks in pipes.
M&T provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service. We are always available to handle any emergency. M&T has its own fleet of trucks and its field personnel carry Sprint phones to expedite the dispatching of service calls. In the office, everyone is equipped with internet-capable phones so that they can be reached in any number of ways at any time.
