M&T has a staff of trained plumbers qualified in more than just the basics. M&T's licensed plumbers and mechanics are thoroughly trained in their craft and knowledgable about the full spectrum of plumbing and heating installation and repairs. To these necessary skills, they add licensing in fire suppression, certification in backflow prevention and certification for working in the presence of asbestos. Our plumbers continually strive to improve their skills and their effectiveness through on the job, in-service training as well as independent study. M&T has an effective office support staff. M&T plumbers are supported by a staff of estimators, dispatchers, field superintendents, and purchasing agents who coordinate their activities to maximize the efficiency of the field plumbers. These professionals, themselves plumbers, are also available to consult with our clients on projected or on-going jobs. Our accounting and office administration staff are experienced and provide an effective interface between the technical staff and our clients.
